I'm Matt Janson. I started Dark Monk after spending years working on a film about tea in China and Taiwan, and realizing somewhere along the way that I'd accidentally become the person who actually cares what's in the cup. Now I source teas worth drinking, give them names that fit how they make me feel, and ship them to people who appreciate the difference.
